Light Brothers Ordering and Shipping Information
Ordering time
You should receive an e-mailed order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. This is the only written confirmation of your order you’ll get, so consider it your receipt and hold on to it! Most items are shipped 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of your order. If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks and would like to check the status, please email us at support@lightbrothers.net. Please reference your order number when contacting us.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 7.75% will be charged on orders shipped to Illinois address.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund. To return an item, please follow the instructions below:
1) All items must be in original carton with all packaging and accessories. Items must be uninstalled, in original condition with no cut wires.
2) Customer is responsible for shipping cost unless the item is received damaged. If you received a damaged item, please contact at support@lightbrothers.net and we will assist you in getting a replacement. Please reference your order number when contacting us.
3) If you need to return an item, please email us at support@lightbrothers.net to obtain an RMA number before returning items. Please reference your order number when contacting us. Return all items to this address:

Shipping and Delivery
Standard ground shipping is free on most order over $100 placed through www.lightbrothers.net. Orders under $100, shipping charges will be calculated at time of checkout. Free shipping applies to orders shipped to continental U.S. only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Oversized items
Any oversized item that cannot be shipped by UPS must be delivered by truck freight. Truck shipment are delivered curbside only. Truck freight changes will be calculated at time of checkout.
Warranties
All items carry standard manufacturers warranty. To obtain service, please contact us at support@lightbrothers.net.
Damaged Merchandise
